This is trully a great film and was a great inspiration for my own training. The second was very good also, but then they started to worsen from there, the series really should have stopped after the sequel.

I'm a big Phillip Rhee fan ~ so really just saw the other 2 sequels because of him!
Agreed ~ they should have stopped ~ they had no continuity to them other than having the same character Tommy Lee in all of them.
In 1 - his brother is killed by Dae Han...you see his parents in flashbacks.
In 2 - after Travis is killed they have to hide out at TL's "grandma's"---who is a Native American?!
In 3 -Tommy Lee is visiting his sister in the middle of nowhere USA! Where'd sis all of sudden pop up from?
In 4 - wife is dead & he has a daughter & he's fighting Russian terrorists!
Since there was a few yrs between sequels ~ guess Phillip forgot about his character's life too!
i haven't seen the sequels so i can't comment on any of them, although i can assume they are crap lol
but i do think the original could have been a really good film. i think from the last fight onwards it is a genuinely good film. dae han's speech could move the toughest of men to tears!!!it nearly has me everytime
No the sequels aren't crap. They are just different than the one before!
I'm a huge Phillip Rhee fan so I like 'em all anyway.
