Im also looking for the Song when Tommy is riding his bike.
The song is NOT on the CD, i bought the Soundtrack just for this song :-(

Somebody here knows the name of the song and the performer ?

The "Travis song" is Backroads by Charlie Major.

The song that I'm also lookin' for (when Tommy is riding his bike) is performed by canadian artist David Steele and it's called "Enemy". He never released any album, he was a background vocalist on a few canadian AOR albums, and performed with a few ( even Bryan Adams).I'm searching for that one for years.
