Good question. Did i miss something. Where did riggs get the pool stuff if there wasnt a pool near there.

Theres a pool truck outside the house when they first get to the stilt house. Probably a neighbors house.

I would have expected that if one of those houses was on stilts then the ones nearby would also be on stilts....
