Stupid villains

First the guy in the red BMW 6-series that crashed the car and left one million dollars in krugerrands behind, then the guy who tried to clip Leo in the hotel and died a gruesome death later in a car chase, the two idiots who left Riggs to drown at the harbour and added insult to injury by smoking a cigarette just before having their necks snapped by Riggs, Peter Vorstedt who decided to show off his martial arts skill instead of just killing Riggs who dropped a container on him (there's no kill like overkill) and finally Arjen Rudd for empting the clip of his Mauser on Riggs and thinking that his diplomatic credentials would stop Murtaugh's Smith & Weston.

They all fit in the too dumb to live trope.
