Can someone explain what that one-liner ("They've been decaffeinated") meant at the end of the movie? I never got it, so I can't tell if I am just dumb or if it was very vague or a bad joke.

shareBlack people were called Kaffers in apartheid South Africa. It was a derogatory term so Murthagh decaffernated is a great line but lost in the time since South Africa changed.
