Riggs tearing the house down was the best scene! It was awesome, especially since NO cgi was in any of the films. Donner is the best.

Wow, that's a lot of money for that one scene. But in LW3 they had the building come down, and mostly for free. That was the best explosion EVER in film. They were really running out as it blew. AMAZING stuff.

I saw an interview with Mel Gibson and he was talking about the explosion saying that he and Danny could not only feel the heat from it but also they were having a hard time not falling down because of the push from the explosion. It was a pretty good interview.
