I am a huge fan of all 4 movies. However, I thought part 3 and 4 were a little Hokey.
The best scene ( Part 2 ) from all 4 movies had to be When Roger was about to walk to Riggs after he was shot. He pauses for a second as to gather enough strength to accept what is going to happen. The pause and the music ( Knocking on Heaven's Door) was perfect.
Anyone agree?
I kind of agree. I thought it was a very real and touching moment for Roger.
If they did what I wish they did with Leo, if they killed him and had Roger find his body in the house on stilts, then... I think that ending with Roger looking at Riggs, assuming the worst, would've been even more touching.

I like it because it encapsulates both characters perfectly: crazy Riggs chasing a car on foot, and sensible Murtaugh driving his station wagon.
