How much background score has been removed from the 2010 DVD?

I'm conflicted about buying this, I have the 2003 DVD and I'm aware of the changes made to the 2010 DVD, so knowing how much score was added to the original Disney dub is going to be the final decision factor of whether or not I buy this, because while I'm very fond of the opening and closing credits songs Disney added, at the same time I revisited this last night after having not watched it for at least a year and a half and realized that now I could definitely do without all that annoying extra dialogue Disney originally added, and I also love the new cover artwork. So can anyone clarify how much of the score was removed?
