I vote Dawn Ciccone, and I think she was the hottest girl in the movie and should have been kept around more.

Agreed.

Also I think she might have made another appearance in the "Blue Monday" pool party scene at Brad Wesley's mansion later on in the film. I think I could make out another blonde chick wearing a black mini and red top like she was in the background. Although I could be mistaken.
