Forbidden Zone rip-off scene?

I could have swore I saw the boxing brothers' signature uhh-uhh-uhh thing going on in this movie in a short clip about 3/4's of the way through. Perhaps just a tip of the hat or a coincidence. If anyone knows both movies share what you think.

They're the Kipper Kids... same guys in both movies.
