Does anyone remember the name of the comedy show that came on the FOX network on Sunday nights, just befor "Get A Life" came on? I just remember that it envolved teenagers, or high school.
It was "In Living Color."

I wa pretty sure it was the gary shandling show (larry sanders show) or tracy ulman, or 21 jump street. I thought living color was the last or second to the last show of the evening.

You are thinking about Parker Louis Can't Lose. However, I believe that you are mistaken that it was *before* Get a Life. I think it was after because I'm pretty sure that Get a Life followed none other than the Simpons, for a while, which is partly what makes the Get a Life story so bizzare. I remember the show getting moved either to Sunday or after Sunday, so I may have my day wrong but, I'm fairly sure that at least at some point and at least for a while, it followed the Simpons... maybe this was on Friday or something.
EDIT: I just watched a video tape of an episode. It didn't solve the question but it did answer the opposite. At least for a while, Married with Children followed Get a Life.
EDIT 2: I just remembered that In Living Color was somehow in the mix too. I forget through on what day, Friday or Sunday.
Pretty sure it was Sunday. I seem to remember a pretty classic lineup (I was 12 at the time) of The Simpsons, Get A Life, In Living Color and Married With Children.

I'm not sure what day or time it came on, but are you thinking of 'Head of the Class'? I recall this being on FOX at roughly the same time as 'Get a Life'. It starred Howard Hessmann and the kid who played Ricky in 'Better off Dead'.
