Why was that when he was credited in the shows theme every episode?

You know what I just noticed that. Actually he was in 1 skit with Jamie Foxx as Wanda in the first episode of Season 4. After that....wow good catch maybe he was filming a movie.

He was in rehab for substance abuse. No joke.

Not true, he was negotiating his contract.
