I've never ever seen it. i've just heard about it ever since i was a kid

No, because it's a cardboard cut-out. Watch the film.

It was supposed to be a scene in the movie in which Jack (the actor one) brings a cardboard cut out of himself back home but they cut this scene out of the movie but you still see the cardboard cut out in the background of the next scene. because it was neva explained in the story people thought it was a ghost (i no i did until i found out the real answer)

It's in Three Men and a Baby, not Three Men and a Little Lady. Plus it's not a ghost.

I think it is a ghost.

I saw the cardboard cut out of Jack at the start of the film. He's wearing a red shirt and grinning with his thumb raised (or something). The boy in the window is leaning against the frame and is wearing a checked shirt. It's a small boy you can see. It's a real ghost and they've covered it up. I have that belief about this and I have that belief about the hanging munchkin from The Wizard of Oz. In my DVD you can see that they've blurred out the image so you can't make it out. Why do that if you're not trying to cover something up?
