Well said, Michael Walsh, [former] film critic for the Vancouver Province. Good luck to you wherever you are. Yes, not long after the film begins, Sher's character asks rather off-handedly, 'What's going on?' Yes, writers - what IS going on? This movie is FLAT. Flat as a board. Boring, too. One of 1990's lousiest. Almost as senseless as The Buddy System. Crap, absolute crap.
