I taped this when it was on Christmas Day, but something went weird near the end and my Sky box turned off, so when I was watching the film yesterday it cut off. I'd just got to the bit where Miss Flax and Charlotte had a big argument and then a talk after Kate drowned. Can someone please tell me what happened after that?
shareKatie didn't drown, she almost drowned (which would have really sucked since she loved the water so much).
Charlotte talks her mother into staying in Massachusetts and it shows them and Lou on vacation and the movie ends with the Flax family dancing in the kitchen.
It's really an uplifting and fun ending :).
