Did anyone else think Richard Gant as George Washington Duke the promoter stole every scene he was in? When said this while watching Rocky whup Tommy in the street, I laughed out loud. And of course there was the "Touch me and I'll sue" line. Loved it!

And I think he said "only in America" because what a coincidence it was that a news van appeared and started filming the street brawl and of course no one, least of all him, was going to make a dime from it. Hilarious!
