shareHaHA, yes, I do agree, but... I dare say this movie is a bit of a guilty pleasure for me and about 6 out of 10 is what I rate it and I still own it on video.
True, its one of Eastwood's weaker movies, but he has done SO many GREAT ones, as actor and director and even often BOTH, that it is somewhat to be expected, and as pure early 90s slice of fluffy and disposable action movie fodder, it works and is better than most movies in such category.
