Being a firefighter is a great job

Being a firefighter is a great job. Although there is risks involved and it does get dangerous, it is a job that involves helping people and saving people. Because of firefighters many lives have been saved. There was a time when I was considering being a firefighter. For me, though, while I do think being a firefighter is really terrific there are some jobs that I find even more appealing such as being a Navy SEAL. To me, that sounds even more fun and more thrilling than being a firefighter but thats just me, to each their own.

Yeah, the first 5 minutes of Basic Underwater Demolition School and you'll wish you were a firefighter.

LoL why? because I'm saying that Navy SEAL training is harder than being a firefighter? UM, This just in: IT IS. While I'm not trying to knock the significance of Firemen everywhere, it's important to remember that the training required to be the absolute BADDEST *beep* ON GODS GREEN EARTH is more intense and way more selective than what it takes to be a firefighter. And that is a true statement. Not coming from my ass.

I'd rather be a firefighter. At least with that I know my job is pretty much basic and laid out before me with no ulterior motives. Being a Navy SEAL, you are pretty much the government's whore who has to f^ck whoever they tell you to f^ck. Sometimes it's heroic. Sometimes it's just pissing on someone else's ant hill in some political chess game.
