Is this quite possibly the best bad movie of all-time?

As far as I'm concerned, it's the best comedy of the 1990s.

Batman & Robin isn't funny bad. It's just bad.

Cool As Ice is quite possibly the most hilariously awful film I've ever seen, beating out such classics as "Blast" and "Shotgun". I actually felt embarassed for the whole cast.

Cool As Ice is probably the most unintentionally funny movie of the 90s. I don't know about all time, but it's in the top three.

yes it really is the best wbad movie they just played it on hbo and i got to show my little brother a movie that made me laugh all the years ago and he laughed as well

oh yeah, i totally agree.

i remember i was mad at a guy i was seeing and, when we had a date to hang out and "talk," to make him suffer for whatever bad behavior i was mad at him for i made him go see this in the movie theater with me. it was bad bad baaaaaad!

As far as I can tell, it is unless you count MacGruber as bad movie, which I don't.

No chance.

There are "The Room", "Birdemic", "Troll 2", "Foodfight" etc. in comparison.
They're much more hilarious.
