what is that song (not on the soundtrack)??

Can anybody [please]tell me what is the name of that slow song near the end of the movie (and it's not "never wanna be without u"). some of the lyrics are: "...I want you to know.." {I liked that song a lot but unfortunatelly english is not my native language and I cannot seem to understand enough to find it on my own :-)}.

I hope someone will help me with that :-D

It isn't that hard to find it is on her album Every Dog Has Her Day available at amazon.com... happy listening :)
