To be honest, it used to be the original, but after revisiting the films again, Dream Warriors has barely eclipsed it as my favorite (loved how it expanded on the ideas from the original, while adding its own unique and creative touches as well. Plus, Freddy had the best one liners in this film, while still managing to be creepy as hell). Loved the ending song as well :)

Dream Warriors is the best one. The original is so close, and would be my number 1 if the last act of the movie wasen't horribly weak.
