Time for a King Ralph II

Enough time has passed to do a real time sequel, making Ralph the II mature enough to take the throne.
Goodman, Coduri, (good actors are dropping like flies lately) are still alive, even O'toole is still kicking and able to cameo a death scene.
Down side is, they'd probably get Seth Rogen to play Ralph II. (not a fan of Knocked Up or Superbad) And for the Doctor Who fans, Billie Piper as the love interest (or even dis-interest, Finland princess)

This will never happen, seeing how most people don't even know what this movie is.

Hey, I heard they're remaking Troll. Now if that movie is known enough for a remake, think this one is known enough for a sequel. They've done more with lesser known before.

reply

Well horror remakes are huge bank right now (no matter how much it eats away at me) but I cannot see this movie ever being remade.

Most people do not know or have forgotten this movie, but if you avoid the number 2 in the title and call it "King Ralph's Coronation" or something along those lines and market it people will actually go seeing not knowing its a sequel making it more successful than the original. even pu some big name sin there like Srh Rogan would be a good idea and marketing advantage and maybe put Ricky Gervais or John Cleese you know someone british, and for a real oppourunity for success reunite john goodman with jeff Bridges as like his brother or some sort of relative and you ave a hit just dont make it out to be a sequel.
