What palace or mansion was this film at?

Can anyone tell me what palace or mansion in England was this movie film at? I believe "Lady Chatterly's Lover" was also filmed there.
Thanks

I found it! Going around the long way I found it after such a long Internet search. The place is Wrotham Park and it is privatley owned. It looks like they keep a very low profile. It is used as a film location and for special events. It has been used for many movies ie. Gosford Park, King Ralph, and the 1981 Lady Chatterley's Lover and also the most recent TV mini series Lady Chatterley. This place has haunted me in a good way for so long and now I know where it is. It is only about 17 miles outside of London.

Blenheim Palace, in England, I believe. (if you mean the palace he takes over at the very end when he becomes a duke.)

Having been in the film (Jason Richards), I can tell you that we actually shot the film at Greenwich Hospital (The Greenwich Maritime Museum) in Greenwich, London. This was once a school for the sons of seafarers but moved during the war to a safer location near Ipswich, UK. It comes as great coincidence that I actually attend this school (The Royal Hospital School). I am in my last school year before I attend University (I am currently 18). To confirm, you can check me out on IMDB. I am Jason Richards(I)

Are you talking about the scene where John Goodman is signing, and you were watching with Camille Coduri? I assume, since that is the only scene you were in. I'm sure you're right about the inside, but I am still convinced the outside shot of the mansion is Blenheim Palace. I could very well be wrong, but it looks an awful lot like Blenheim, if it's not in fact it.

Apologies - you're right. Looking at my papers, the outside is Blenheim Palace but the inside is definitely Greenwich. It was years ago! I've been meaning to get back into acting but education through me totally off course... Maybe one day I'll get back on track huh?!

Sorry, just to add to that last one, we used both locations. I don't think I explained it very well and yes, you're quite right, I was in that scene - well noticed!

Also, you didn't have to look so far for filming locations -- IMDB lists several:

Nice! I'll remember that next time. Thanks a lot. That's the last time I go through all my junk looking for that information! lol

Hey Jason, the bio for you says you are planning to move to Alberta and your dream is to build and manage an amusement park. Is that true? I'm curious how accurate these bios are and this is a good opportunity to test it with an actual person!
