Seriously you guys, every time I find myself home alone after a night out, feeling sad, lonely, maybe a little bitter, this movie makes me feel right as rain. Cheers me up. It's good *beep* I don't care what any reviewer says, this movie was directed at low-lifes, and by god it is a low-life masterpiece.

shareMy favorite "low-life masterpiece" to watch is Midnight Run, but it's very similar to this one though; a chain-smoking, smart-ass tough guy teamed up with a comedic foil on an action adventure with profanity in every other line of dialogue.
shareMidnight Run is more of a masterpiece than this one but they're both good, imho.

The film's an underrated gem, I completely agree with you. Shane Black wrote the hell out of this film.
