Example #2:
Less of a coincidence, but Bruce Willis (Joe) is told by the assassin who's about to kill him that he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. A year earlier in Die Hard 2, Major Grant tells John "You just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time!"
