Was this ever released in Blu-Ray or even anamorphic DVD?
I bought a $6 copy on DVD from Amazon even though it's only 4:3, but the only copies available on Netflix seem to be 4:3 and no Blu-Ray editions, either.
Kind of surprising because I think it's always been pretty critically acclaimed, has a great cast and was a Paul Schrader film.
