This is set in the 50s?

It looks more like the early-mid 60s to me. Hell at times, it even looks 80s!

Really? The 80's? At times it looked like the 40's. Those cars and not one TV.

Well I just found it was actually set in 1957 but it had a late 70s/early 80s Gothic vibe to it as well!

It looked nothing like the 80s.

Without knowing I'd have said late 50s- early 60s.

And so, God came forth and proclaimed widescreen is the best.
