Can someone help me finding the name of a movie?

I remember renting a horror movie similar to this in the early 90s but the only scene I can remember is a guy being sucked into or eaten by his shoes. I know that's not a lot of information to go by but it's been driving me crazy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could it be reanimator or bride of reanimator? You could also try evil dead or evil dead two. I don't recognise the scene your talking about, but I could see it in those movies.
