This movie put me off custard.

Once, we had a friend and his family over for dinner (I think we were about 12 years old), and after dinner, him and me started watching the movie, RIGHT after the custard-scene my mom called us out again, for dessert.

Guess what was for dessert.

Good times!

The custard scene is the only scene, from any film I have ever seen, that actually made me feel like I might vomit.

I still, to this day, can't eat custard. I have a stomach made of iron with blood and gore but this scene stil makes me feel a bit ill.

Took years before I could watch this scene without covering my eyes.

Adore this movie though, such a hidden gem.

Custard, pearl earrings, ears and glue. I'm avoiding all of them.
