I just watched The Barefoot Executive in which Kurt Russell was only 20. Funny, I'd swear I could see the same mannerism's of Capt Ron even back then, his swagger, the tilt of his head, the voice....a 20 yr old Captain Ron, man he cracks me up.
shareBiography channel did a show on him, it was very interesting, apparently he was a child actor too, but his true love was baseball, didn't like acting, but he got hurt and couldn't keep playing. He said he thinks acting is a joke but a great gig, doesn't take it seriously at all.
He was very handsome as a child too.
This very well might be my favorite Kurt Russell role, I don't understand how people can not like this movie, its a fun movie! I mean who wouldn't want to fix up a sailboat and sail around the caribbean on adventures. Sequels tend to be a very bad thing, but I would love to know what might happen after the end of this movie.
