The greatest Batman movie ever
IMO, this animated movie captured the spirit of the Batman comics more closely than any of the live action Batman productions.

Greatest animated Batman movie, yes. Great opening theme too.
shareI 100% totally agree with you. This is my personal favorite Batman film above all the Live Action films. The Voice acting is superb and Mark Hamil gives a crazed and chilling performance as the Joker.
The score, musical numbers, the pacing, the pain and heartbreak of the surprise villain of Andrea Beaumont are quite powerful.
I bought the laser disc version of this as it was prior to DVDs so the home visual quality was exceptional for the time with shadowy noise atmosphere.
This is the best Batman and Bruce Wayne on film.
Best Batman movie for me too. The colors on the Blu-Ray version is the definitive way to watch.
