We are all in some ways vulnerable human being who are in very similar if not same ways touched by abuse.

After having watched THIS movie, and so far in watchable but fuzzy quality it is available on YouTube, besides its other aspects and nuances and "differences" and whatnot, I couldn't help but in a way feel THAT is its main message.

Doesn't matter if you're a woman, man or a child, and hey, in this movie, in a way, all three are somewhat hurt, OK the female abuser gets hurt herself in the process and not even because the husband fights back, there are even references to male on female domestic abuse as well, IF it counts.

And if you think forward (got, can you believe that in this year 2023 the movie is, or will soon be, 30 YEARS old, God) to today's times, and we're not denying ANYTHING about the common victimhood etc (but what about looking at it from say any perpetrator's guilt point of view also), what with the internet, various forums and sub forums, massive discussions, various FILMS, hashtags etc, its kinda interesting to look back on Men Don't Tell with the view of today's technology like ipads, iphones, wi-fi, smartphones etc, internet everywhere.

Besides, ever also think about these issues from the point of view of human nature too? Yeah, human beings but also... Not worry or OVER THINK about what others say, but remain on the right and correct side. And the whole "don't tolerate abuse" mantra - for the MOST PART, I absolutely do NOT, by the way.

Anyways... Do we agree, thanks.
