Is a cross between Mick Jagger and that Gilbert Gottfried bloke, from those Problem Child flicks.

Seriously, this bloke has to be the most bizarre villain since Bennett in Commando.

It's David Johansen. He was the lead singer of the New York Dolls then became Buster Pointdexter. As Buster, he had a hit with the song "Hot,Hot,Hot"

Someone said It was The Barber Beef Cake in Wrestling.You Know Hogan uses alot of Wrestlers in his movies.

Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake was one of the wrestlers beating him up in his nightmares. He's the chiseled white guy with the black & white attire on. He slams Hulk's head into the turnbuckle at the start of the movie.

Funny that Brutus would dress in that same attire when he became "The Zodiac" in WCW. He would only say Yes or No, a definite precursor to Daniel Bryan.
