Is it me, or his Feathers McGraw one of the greatest villains in cinematic history?

Maybe not one of the greatest villains, but definitely great. The confrontation scene with Wallace cracks me up every time. "Good gracious...it's YOU!!!"
On a side note, I've noticed some differences between the US and British versions. When Gromit opens his birthday card, in the US version it plays 'Happy Birthday.' In the british version it plays 'For He's A Jolly Good Fellow.' And the line I mentioned above is different in each version. Any others?
