Continuity errors

There's been some continuity errors in this show, particularly with the interaction of Monica, Tess, and Andrew before the events of the series. Like when Andrew first appears, it's clear he never met Monica before. Yet in future episodes like in the John Wilkes Booth episode he's working with her in the same area and this setting is 130 years before these two were to meet for the first time. In the first part of the two-part finale episodes, I think Monica states that she met Tess for the first time in the pilot episode when she was beginning her career as a case worker. However, we have episodes like the War of the Worlds one from Season 2 where they meet back in 1938. And what the hell is Monica doing acting as case worker during the John Wilkes Booth episode when she's suppose to be in search and rescue during this time?

Also, there's another error involving Monica. She's afraid of water in Season 1 and mentions how during her search and rescue cases she convinced God to avoid any cases that would have her out in any lakes, rivers, and oceans. Yet in the "Lady of the Lake" episode, she turns out to be the angel of the lake who rescued that man twelve years back. However in Season 9, Monica mentions to Gloria how she was once afraid of water so it looks like the writers forgot that detail but then remembered it when they got to the last season. Rather odd. One more thing I'd like to point out isn't really an error, but some thing that should have been fixed like Gloria's time as an angel at the start of Season 8. She was created in the Season 7 episode "The Face of God" and by the next episode she's only a day old. Not really an issue. Next after that we have the two-part season finale I don't think she's even present or mentioned. By the Season 8 premiere, she's only six days old and later on a week passes. Considering the season was filmed and aired about a few months after Season 7, I found it odd they made Gloria so young being just a few DAYS old rather than just being a few MONTHS old to parallel with real time.

So yeah, this is what I have to share so far. Any other continuity errors you guys noticed that you'd like to point out?
