I loved it when he was at the Cannibal Corpse show and dancing and he goes over to a guy headbanging

(Guy keeps headbanging up and down)

Landord: Ventura
Ace: Yes Satan?
(Turns around to see its the landlord)
Ace: Oh, sorry...I thought you were somebody else.

reply

The funniest part is when he's at the silo to save Snowflake. When the two criminals are teasing the dolphin, Ace pops up before the camera and says in a funny voice: "Love party. Pitty I wasn't invited." After which he makes funny faces. Hilarious!

reply

YESSSS!!!!!!!!!!!

Cod will find you

reply

Funniest part and line in the movie for me is when Ace is in the tank doing his "Star Trek" impressions. I'm laughing everytime when he does Dr. McCoy:

"For God sakes, Jim - I'm a doctor, not a poolman!"

reply

Ace Ventura: My esteemed colleague, Mr. Marino, has just brought some new evidence to my attention. Now, history has certainly shown that even the most intuitive criminal investigator can be wrong from time to time. But if I am mistaken... if the Lieutenant is indeed a woman, as she claims to be... then, my friend, she is suffering from the worst case of hemorrhoids I have *ever* seen!
[turns Lois around to reveal a bulge in her nether regions]

Ace Ventura: *That's* why Roger Podacter is dead! He found Captain Winkie!
[all the men in the vicinity start throwing up because Einhorn has kissed them]

I loved that bit...

when he's in the archive room of the mental asylum and is barely hiding in the box and then unfolds with the tulle skirt it's sooooo hilarious ^_^

And I just loved the music where he discovers that Einhorn is Finkle and is having a shower, writhing and shocked, hahaha :) The music is so cool ...

reply

I am looking for Ray Finkle...and a clean pair of shorts.

When I was younger I never really got this joke as I was taking it in context with the randomness in the movie. But there was a point, in which this joke stopped going over my head and said, "OMG, he just shat his pants." It really is a hilarious joke in regards to point and timing.

reply

Probably one of the funniest lines in the movie, I agree.

I love the part when he says to the Courtney Cox character: "Why, so u can beat him, fatty?"

Than he says, "Yeah, and you're ugly"

"These pretzels are makin' me thirsty."--Kramer, Seinfeld

reply

"I'm looking for Ray Finkle . . . and a clean pair of shorts"

I swear that I didn't get why that line was so funny the first two times I saw it either. I knew it was funny, but I didn't pick up on it! And, I always get the joke, no matter what it is. That's what made it even more funny for me when I did finally get it because it was so simple! It STILL makes me laugh when I think about it. There are just TOO many funny lines from that movie. But, that one has a special place in my heart. hahahaha

reply

By far one of the funniest and most randomly clever parts in this movie is after he is escorted out of Ronald Camp's home:

Camp: I'm terribly sorry Mr. Ace, I'll have the plumbing checked immediately!

Ace: Be sure that you do! If I'd been drinking out of the toilet, I MIGHT OF BEEN KILLED!

That is sheer genious and classic and so random. Why would he be drinking out of the toilet?! It's so bizarrely funny, something only Ace could think of.

reply

My favorite small part was definately the violin thing as mentioned from the OP.

reply

I love when he's trying to reveal that Einhorn is actually a man at the end and says "Tell me...would a REAL woman be missing...THESE??" and he rips off her blouse to reveal her ample cleavage and he laughs half-rauckously, half in disbelief about two inches away from her breats and says "THAT kind of surgery can be done over the weekend!"....i just love how close his head gets to her chest and how exaggerated the laugh is!

when there in the docks and he gets in the boat and uses the mini fan to propell him about 5 feet

Do you ever get the feeling other people are jealous of you?-Brad Delson

reply

OMG! I was just gonna say that. That part made me laugh soo hard. I also love when he's sneaking around Camp's house and like climbing the walls.

reply

I love the part when he gets in the mini raft and puts the fan in the water only to travel a few inches down the water path till he reaches the ladder. Comedy gold!

reply

Wow, I forgot about that part.

Aye, Captain Stubing. How are Gopher and Doc?

reply

i like the bit when he is talking with his butt at the police station.

reply

My favorite part was when he was being introduced at Mr. Camp's party, and (1) he told him "congratulations on all your success, you smell TERRIFIC!", and (2) he goes into his tirade about the 'modern proliferation of food poisoning claims against wealthy private homeowners. In fact, if one were so inclined, one could make quite a lucrative profit at it with little else..(mock laughter)....so how is everybody feeling tonight?"

reply

"Whoo! Do NOT go in there!"

reply

yes Best part!

Imagine if I had been drinking from the toilet!

reply

The violin bit is my favorite subtle part, the sound as the player messes up is hilarious.

Also, the little fan+boat combo was hilarious too.

And the part where one of the henchmen laughs so hard at the "throwing passes to a dolphin" joke, that he actually shakes the other guy's hand over it.

The "Stupid fish!" line.

The part where he snaps and punches out the mascot with two well placed shots to the head.

"He's just a dentist Kramer.
Yeah? And you're an anti-dentite!"
-Seinfeld

reply

i love it when he is trying to sneak around the mental assylum and he steps on the bubble wrapping, causing him to jump and step on it more

reply

when melissa tells ace not to embarras her at the party and he starts freaking out in front of the door, then the doorman opens it and ace says "hello captain stoobing, how are gopher and doc? permission to come aboard sir!"

reply

Yep this was a good part.
