Why was Cynda Williams fired from this film?

I keep hearing stories about why Cynda Williams who was surpose to be the fifth Bad Girls was fired from the film! something about two of the other actresses undermineing her and taking her lines. Does anyone knows the the truth?

but alot of things changed when the studio let alot of people go.
