Money Laundering scheme.
I know a minimal amount about laundering money so can someone explain the whole scheme to me like what was the Juice's role really?
shareSimplest explanation; Quigley gave Biderman the cash. That cash would then be credited to a bank account, Quigley would then write out a check to an associate (Juice) who would then go cash the check and get all new bills. The bills Quigley brought were probably marked but being as it's a bank Biderman is in a position to pass out the bills to the public over the course of a few weeks or months so there won't be any red flags. Quigley takes his unmarked bills and lives the high life.
