I also couldn't stop laughing when they blow up the dummy driving the forklift. I don't know why, I just imagined it was really Kersey burning and he had just become too old to keep up with the bad guys.
Another part I laughed at was when Kersey handed that guy some shrink wrap to wrap himself up. He literally stuck his hand in that guys crotch.
The high light of this film is during the scene when Charles Bronson kills off the cop Hector and ships him to O'Shea. After O'Shea and his henceman have a discussion, the henceman pulls a bottle of pills from his jacket pocket, pops the lid, and the lid flies out of his hand while he's dumping the pills into his hand AND they kept that take in the movie. You could hear the plastic cap bounce on the floor but the actor kept going with the scene and it made it into the movie.
