It's not 'Vice Squad (1982)' bad....but close.
When I saw the bad guys....I was thinking that this was something out of The Three Stooges or a Bugs Bunny cartoon.
Death Wish 1 and 2 are shaking their heads at the ridiculousness of this gem.
