One is about a man who gives birth, one is about a man who raises a young child. Once Arnie gives birth in this movie, the story is over. You don't seem him raising the child in any way. Seems an odd comparison.
I disagree. Schwarzenegger is a big, muscular man who is pregnant, therefore he is going to be a... Big Daddy.
