I would say cut the non original songs that they had in this movie which would be
The Lion Sleeps Tonight, Nobody Knows the Trouble I've Seen, and It's a small world which all of them were really sung briefly and not a big production number, but it is still too early for them to know what songs that they will keep and what to cut. But can't you have the violin which would be Scar to sill a villain song.
I'd be fine keeping everything except that godawful 'Morning Report' number.
shareI guess they could cut Hakuna Matata. They should keep The Lion Sleeps Tonight and I think it would be cool if they threw in He Lives In You. They Live In You could also be included. It was the song that played when Mufasa told Simba about the great kings of the past. I pointed that out in case anybody on here has never seen the Broadway musical.
