This one scene
In the scene during the big game, Spike says to Jake that he's gonna rip his head off. After supposedly "ripping his head off" a player from the cowboys reaches for the ball, but a player from the giants goes to kick the ball and ends up kicking the cowboy player in the stomach. It always cracks me up.
