Pee Wee 'Necessary Roughness'
Great movie, but it was like a Jr. "Necessary Roughness." Remember that movie with Scott Bakula and Sinbad. It had the same scenes and characters. The wide reciever that couldn't catch, the gets the ball stuck in his helmet. The kid that gets chased with football by the entire teams and repeats, "Blow the whistle!"
