I watched the the last hour of the movie last Night, but fell asleep before the very last bit and I just want to know if Stallone, Stone, and Woods live?

Especially James Woods, it'd be nice to know. Thanks.

James Woods died as he stepped on the floor of Stallone's house that activated one of the bombs.As Sylvester Stallone said "No fail safe!!!!".Sylvester Stallone and Sharon Stone lived.They were driving a Ford Mustang when the end credits were rolled.
