This question has been bugging me for awhile now:

Why isn't Spider-Man part of the Justice League of America ?

Seriously? Spider-Man belongs to marvel and Justice League belongs to DC. That's why.

I don't read comic books so I wouldn't know. That's why I asked. So Marvel is Disney and DC is not ?

Marvel is owned by Disney. DC is owned by Warner Bros.

Spider-Man, X-Men, Hulk, Iron Man are Marvel. Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, Flash are DC.
