-The Gwen Stacy clone story just because it seemed like Peter and MJ were finally going to get together, then boom goes the dynamite, Peter's first love mysteriously comes back into his life
-And I know I'm probably gonna get flamed for this, but I really liked One More Day/Brand New Day saga because it was just a huge shocker and plot twist to the whole Spiderman series. That and this gives Marvel a chance to write something entirely new by literally going back in time. So many endless possibilities. That, and the artwork and drawings were among the best of the Spiderman comics
