I think mine are:
1. Blink of an Eye
I've seen it a million times and it loses something with each viewing but it's such a clever little episode.
2. Worst Case Scenario
Fun bottle episode
3. Waking Moments
Whoever wrote it should sue the writers of Inception.
4. Counterpoint
Sexy space Nazis. Great episode.
5. Relativity
Who doesn't love time travel?
Honourable mentions: Muse and Shattered and The Thaw.
Muse is a very gentle but satisfying episode. Shattered is goofy fun. The Thaw is very much a nod to the Original Series.
