Why is the body switching eipisode called Intimate Stranger?

Please explain

Intimate
Because Callisto is inside Xena's body. Gabrielle, Joxer think that it's Xena because she looks like her. It feels familiar that way.

Stranger
But it's not really her. She's acting different. A person, Gabrielle or Joxer may feel like she's not acting like herself. Like they don't know who she is. Argo sensed that it wasn't Xena.

It appears to be a quote from a 1994 Indigo Girls song, "Reunion" by Amy Ray. http://www.lifeblood.net/songs/lyrics/reunion.html The chorus includes the lines:

I have no need for anger
With intimate strangers
And I got nothing to hide

(It may be noted that Indigo Girls and Xena, while not directly connected, share some of their fan base in common.)

It's called Intimate Stranger because Xena and Callisto both share the intimacy of being warriors but are total strangers when it comes to how they behave as one.

So Xena will look like Xena in outer appearance but evaluating her behavior, it isn't really quite Xena, is it? Same for Callisto.
