Callisto's deleted scene in Sacrifice
For those who don't have the series boxset or season 3 on dvd and haven't seen it on Youtube, there's an extended version of the campfire scene in Sacrifice Pt2 where Xena and Callisto are chilling by the fire and Gabrielle pretends to sleep.
In the regular version Callisto says something along the lines of "this is probably the last night sky either one of us will ever see" and Xena walks off to encounter Ares.
The extended version has a dialogue between Xena and Callisto, which is some of the finest pieces of dialogue Hudson Leick has ever done on the show in my view. Why on earth it was cut I'll never know. They could've afforded to have the episode be 60 seconds longer, it wasn't gonna kill them.

The audio is pretty crap unfortunately, very low volume. I beefed it up and sharpened it for my own rip.
EXTENDED SCENE TRANSCRIPT FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T WATCH THE VIDEO
C is Callisto and X is Xena. It starts the same way the regular scene in Sacrifice does. You'll have to excuse any mistakes made. The sound is mono and the music is loud & mixed in with the lines' audio, some parts are very muffled and hard to understand.
*Callisto throws fireball into the camp fire*
C: no need for firewood with me around.
Gabrielle pretends to be asleep.
C: *looks up at the night sky* This is probably the last night sky either one of us will ever see.
C: Xena, about your son... *Xena gives a sudden chilly stare*
You just wait. Listen to me, I have something to say.
X: So say it!
C: That night that I heard you screaming over his body, I want you to know I felt nothing. No pleasure, no sense of fulfillment.
*Gabrielle discreetly listens on*
C: I just felt.....a horrible loneliness.
X: Should I feel sorry for you?
C: *getting angry* I just want my creator to know why I have to enter oblivion! There's nothing left for me. All the love and joy I had died that night in Cirra when you killed my family.
There was......there was hatred, and I (?)undecipherable(?) in that one. That was absolutely delicious! Wonderful. But now there's nothing left......nothing. Do you understand me?
X: *enlightened*....yes I do.
*Callisto nods to herself, Gabrielle keeps listening*
*Xena senses Ares* I'm going for a walk.
C: So did we bond?
X: *resentfully* No.
C: Good. *sighs, looks up at the sky again*
I'm gonna miss our fireside chats.
*scene continues as normal to Xena & Aries*
